For the foreseeable future, the Probate Department requests that if you are filing something two weeks or less before your hearing, please provide courtesy copies.

For Department 15, please provide courtesy copies through the Probate Examiner’s office only.

For Department 30, you may provide courtesy copies either through the Probate Examiners or you may leave a hard copy in Judge George’s inbox located outside of Department 30’s chambers.

Providing proof that your document was submitted for e-filing is also very helpful when you provide your courtesy copies.
