Reply to Client's Request for Arbitration Under the new
"Rules of Procedure" approved August 2005 the respondent
party's reply to the "Client's Request for Arbitration"
shall be submitted to the Program within 30 days using this
approved form, unless an extension of time to reply is obtained from
the Program.

If you would like to volunteer to be a mediator and/or arbitrator
for the Fee Mediation/Arbitration Program please fill-out our
volunteer application form. (Adobe Acrobat 8 format). Print it out
and mail it to: CCCBA, Attn: Fee Arbitration Coordinator, 704
Main St., Martinez, CA 94553; or save it as a file on your
computer and then email it to eday@cccba.org
as an attachment.

If you are a client or an attorney who is representing a client who
is having a fee dispute with an attorney, go to the Community
Resources section for the appropriate information. If you have any
