CONFERENCE ROOM RENTAL*

The following conference facilities are available at the Contra Costa County Bar Association, 
704 Main Street, Martinez office.   For more information and availability, call us at (925) 686-6900 x 2 and ask for Manny.

Standard Conference Room

Large conference table seats 10-12 comfortably.  Small adjoining waiting area with exit.
A Polycom microphone is available for off-site meeting and conference participation.

$150.00 All day
$  75.00 Half Day

Full Mobile Room (16' x 23.5')

2' x 6' tables may be set-up in various configurations.  Capacity - 20 classroom or 
conference style; 30 theater style.

$200.00 All Day

Sub Divided Mobile Room (16' x 11')

Capacity - 10 conference style.

PACKAGE DEAL - Both Rooms (standard and mobile)

Under 5 hours: Half Day

Over 5 hours: All Day

Deposit & Fees:

A non-refundable advance deposit of $25.00 per room, per day is required to hold 
your date(s).  Deposit will be applied towards your room rental fees.  The balance
of the payment is due on the day of your event.

Equipment and office services: 

Flip Chart; Overhead Projector; LCD Projector (extra fee for rental); Photocopy machine
(25 copies may be made at no charge, all copies thereafter 10¢ per page); Fax machine 
(no charge for sending or receiving faxes);  A Polycom microphone is available in our standard conference room for off-site meeting and conference participation; Use of conference room telephones only with unlimited local calling (long distance phone calls must be made by using a calling or credit card); coffee service is included in the rental cost; sodas may be purchased for 50¢ each. 

Wireless Internet Access is available at no cost to our members.

Dining
For coffee connoisseurs there is a "Starbucks" located next door.  There are a variety of 
restaurants located within a short walking distance. Ask the front desk for a list.

Parking
Four- and ten-hour metered parking is available south of the building on Ward, Estudillo and Green Streets.
