FLARe - Family Law Alternative Resolution Mediation Program

Moderate Means Program - Refers individuals to family law attorneys who agree to charge reduced hourly rates and a reduced retainer fee.  Qualify according to program income guidelines.  This is NOT a low-income or pro bono service.

Limited Representation/Unbundled Legal Services - Refers individuals to family law attorneys who will “unbundle” their legal services, limiting their involvement to consulting or coaching.
