Employment Section
The Employment Section is comprised of a balance of plaintiff and defense bar attorneys. It’s monthly meetings provide a forum for practitioners to gather and discuss current issues affecting labor and employment law and workers’ compensation. The meetings typically feature presentations by judges, arbitrators, representatives of state and federal enforcement agencies, and experienced practitioners.
Benefits of membership include high quality local educational programs, and access to a solid network of skilled attorneys who are willing to share not only their knowledge and expertise, but also their questions and dilemmas.
Annual dues are $25.00. Affiliate membership is permitted at this time. However, non-members are welcome to attend the programs. If would like to become a members or learn more about this section, please contact the president.
