The purposes of the Elder Law Section are to present programs that help keep attorneys informed about elder law, create a forum for attorneys who are dealing with elder law issues, and provide members with information personally helpful for retirement. Elder law issues will become increasingly important as our population ages.

We are delighted to be joining the CCCBA and The Elder Law Center (ELC) in presenting a comprehensive 6-week elder law training series to recruit panelists for the ELC and the CCCBA's new Elder Financial Abuse Moderate Means Panel.
