The Business Law & Corporate Counsel Section focuses on issues relevant to new businesses, recognizing that new business growth is vital to our community. While our section members often represent businesses that will grow into public companies, the majority of our members work with private Bay Area businesses. We also welcome corporate counsel as affiliate members.
