Restricted Access Court Security Cards

Restricted access court security cards allow CCCBA members to bypass the court’s perimeter security system, which is particularly beneficial if you make frequent court appearances.

Cards are valid for two years and a purchase is optional. It is provided as a service to our members.

This card is not to be used for personal reasons (pro per cases) at anytime. Cardholders may enter through public access entrances, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The Contra Costa County Superior Court provides CCCBA members with these cards for a $50.00 fee.

Steps for a New Card

1. Please complete the information in this contract.
   Court Security Restricted Access Agreement Bring this agreement with you when you have your photo taken (step #2).

2. Make an appointment to have your photo taken by contacting:

   You must present a form of picture identification, and your State Bar card, at the time your photo is taken. Your CCCBA membership will be verified.

   Payment will be accepted by cash or check at the time your photo is taken.

3. You must make an appointment to pick up your access card in person by calling:

Steps for a Replacement Card

If you need a replacement card and do not want to have your photo retaken, follow these steps.

1. Please complete the information in this contract.

2. Return your contract, and a check for $50.00 payable to Contra Costa Superior Court, to:

Room Details

Standard Conference Room

Large conference table seats 10-12 comfortably. Small adjoining waiting area with exit. A Polycom microphone is available for off-site meeting and conference participation.

Full Mobile Room (16' x 23.5')

2' x 6' tables may be set-up in various configurations. Capacity – 20 classroom or conference style; 30 theater style. A Polycom microphone is available for off-site meeting and conference participation.

Sub Divided Mobile Room (16' x 11')

Capacity: 10 conference style.

Package Deal&mdah;Both Rooms (standard and mobile)

Hourly Rate: $20.00
Under 5 hours: Half Day
Over 5 hours: All Day

Amenities

Equipment and office services: Flip Chart; Overhead Projector; LCD Projector (extra fee for rental); Photocopy machine (25 copies may be made at no charge, all copies thereafter are10¢ per page); Fax machine (no charge for sending or receiving faxes); A Polycom microphone is available for off-site meetings and conference participation; Use of conference room telephones only with unlimited local calling (long distance phone calls must be made by using a calling or credit card); Coffee service is included in the rental cost; Sodas may be purchased for 50¢ each.

Wireless Internet Access: Available at no cost to our members.

Coffee: We provide Peet’s coffee on-site; there is a Starbucks located next door.

Parking: Four and ten-hour metered parking is available south of the building on Ward, Estudillo and Green Streets.
