Use of Law Watch

A click on the LawWatch icon will bring summaries of new cases with the most recent case appearing first. A click on the name and citation of a summarized case will bring the full case, opened to the first occurrence in the case of the original search term that found the new case. A click on any case or other document cited in the new case will bring that other case or document to you, provided it is included anyplace in Loislaw’s database.

Members should not treat the updates as comprehensive legal research. LawWatch updates are prospective only. No historical materials are included. The number of new developments since LawWatch was last purged of old information (usually after about 90 days) is indicated near the LawWatch icon.
